Quick Cure Time / Moisture-Cure

Applying silicone roof coating to your roof is a surprisingly straightforward process. First, we reinforce all critical areas prior to topcoat application. We then power wash the entire facility roof to remove any traces of dirt and grime that could affect the curing process.

Silicone has a remarkably rapid cure time meaning that it can start protecting your roof almost immediately. There’s no need to wait. Depending on weather conditions, the roof is walkable within 2-4 hours.

No Need For Prior Tear Off

Tearing off existing surfaces is a major hassle. It creates a mess, increases labor costs, and means that it takes longer to resurface your roof.

Our silicone roof coatings, however, don’t require any prior tear off. You can apply it directly to existing surfaces after all critical areas are reinforced to protect with none of the usual hassles. Again, it’s quick, simple, and easy to install.

Save On Energy

Like most facilities managers, you want to get your energy bills down as low as possible. Again, silicone roof coating provides a solution. Our silicone roofing systems are Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) compliant, meaning that they achieve specific benchmarks for thermal emittance and solar reflectance. Thus, the higher the roof rating, the greater the amount of energy reflected from the building and the lower the energy requirements for cooling.

Many silicone roofing solutions are bright white. This feature lets them reflect up to 35 percent of high energy UV rays from the sun, dramatically reducing cooling costs.

Practically No Maintenance

A roof coating of 100% solids silicone requires practically no maintenance and does not need to be reapplied every few years. Once the work is complete, the silicone protection remains for a decade or more. In addition, silicone roofs are robust enough to withstand practically anything that nature can throw at them, including prolonged direct sunlight and sub-zero temperatures.
